Congratulations to Atlanta Employee of the Year, Jake Storey! Jake is a Project Manager in our Atlanta Civil Department and has been with T&H since 2018. Employees of the year are nominated by their colleagues for excelling in their position, advancing the company/profession, or a strong commitment to their job.
“Jake continues to demonstrate the highest level of competence and skill in all aspects of his daily work. This past year specifically, he has taken on the role of a mentor to several recently hired designers. It is important that our younger hires develop sound engineering practices early on. Jake’s ability and willingness to mentor them is something highly desired of any employee,” Project Manager Andy White, PE said.
“Jake has also taken on more tasks typical of a Project Manager this year. He has demonstrated strong communication skills, is quick to respond, and takes care of the client. Jake also passed the PE exam this year which is a huge milestone and accomplishment. I am confident Jake will continue to succeed as he transitions and grows within T&H.”
