Congratulations to Charlotte Employee of the Year, Matthew Kiker! Matthew is a Project Manager in our Charlotte Civil Department and has been with T&H since 2016. T&H employees of the year are nominated by their colleagues for excelling in their position, advancing the company/profession, or a strong commitment to their job.
“Matthew is our resident expert in all things T&H. All of our employees look to him for guidance, not only in how to do what we do but also why,” Charlotte Regional Director Mike Barnes said.
“Matthew’s attitude and work ethic are great examples for all of our employees. We would not be the same company without him.”
