A pump station is headed underground at Riverton Pointe, a Toll Brothers community in Hardeeville, South Carolina. For some perspective, the crane in the shot is taking up a majority of the right-of-way, illustrating the scale and amount of effort a job like this takes!
Riverton Pointe is located in East Argent and was stalled during the economic recession. It is now going strong with 160+ lots currently under development. Toll Brothers opened a golf course and installed pickleball, bocce ball, and other amenities late last year. The pump station supports phase 5B and future phases of the project and will aid in collecting wastewater flows generated by the development. The pump station will be owned and maintained by Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority and will send flows to the Cherry Point Wastewater Treatment Plant.
