Thomas & Hutton is thrilled to be on the Edifice team helping Financial Independence Group (FIG) expand operations in Cornelius, NC. We are providing due diligence, engineering design, landscape architecture, permitting, and construction phase services for the new 4-story, 80,000-square-foot HQ, and parking garage.
The Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the FIG project last week. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year or in early 2023 and is slated for completion by November 2023.
