Citing proximity to I-85 and overall lack of industrial space in the Charlotte market, Panattoni is moving forward with plans for a nearly 1 million-square-foot industrial development in Kings Mountain, NC. The project, known as Pinnacle Park, includes four buildings that will be built concurrently with an expected completion date of Q1 2023.
T&H is providing general consulting, conceptual master planning, stormwater management, and engineering design for civil/site development for Panattoni Development Company on the 125- acre site. Click here to read more in the Charlotte Business Journal!
