Forest Acres Drainage Phase 2 – Charleston, SC

The City of Charleston, SC Government Forest Acres Drainage Improvement Project is entering its next phase. Phase 2 picks up directly where Phase 1 left off at West Ashley Bikeway. T&H provided design and permitting for all upstream channel and culvert improvements aimed at drastically reducing chronic flooding in West Ashley.

Collet Industrial Spec Building groundbreaking – Blythewood, SC 

​Collett Industrial broke ground on their 210,600-square-foot, Class A spec building at Carolina Pines Industrial Park in Blythewood! T&H provided conceptual master planning, engineering design, landscape design, and permitting for the building coming to Richland County.

Restore At Carolina Park Opens – Mt. Pleasant, SC

Did you know that America’s older population is expected to double by 2060? The Berry Co. is helping to respond to a growing need for housing fit for seniors to “age in place” as their care needs change with their 55+ active adult community in Mt. Pleasant, Restore at Carolina Park. The first of five apartment buildings opened its doors this week! T&H provided general consulting, land planning, survey, civil design, drainage design, wastewater management, permitting, and construction phase services on the 45-acre site for The Berry Co.

Ice House At Park Circle Ribbon Cutting – North Charleston, SC 

​T&H Civil Project Manager, Domonic Jones is pictured with our client, Kevin Klemm of Paragon Commercial Development at the Ribbon Cutting for The Ice House at Park Circle in the rapidly developing Spruill Avenue area of North Charleston.
We provided rezoning assistance, stormwater management, environmental assessment, survey, engineering design, landscape architecture design, permitting, and construction observation services on the 2.93-acre mixed-use site for Paragon and Cobalt Property Group.

Ice House at Park Circle is an adaptive reuse project that transforms a former ice processing facility, Reddy Ice. The development encompasses 46,000 square feet in three two-story buildings. Congratulations to the entire team on the transformation!
