Congratulations to Stewart Prosser on becoming a certified Earthwork and Base Course Technician with the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT)! Stewart is a Field Representative in T&H’s Myrtle Beach Civil Department and has been with us since 2019. The four-and-a-half-day and written exam course provide an understanding of SCDOT requirements for Earthwork and Base Course construction and competency in performing the proper SCDOT testing procedures needed to monitor this construction on roadways, bridges, and other structures. Stewart is now certified to provide Earthwork and Base Course Technician duties on SCDOT projects.
