T&H would like to recognize Bobby Ley on being named Vice President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) South Carolina Midlands Branch for 2022-2023! Bobby is a Designer in our Columbia Environmental Department and has been an active ASCE SC member for many years. He served as Treasurer (2021-2022) and Young Member Chair (28-2021) and has judged the student competitions at the ASCE Carolinas Conference.
