T&H Project In The News: AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District/Riverfront

​T&H is thrilled to be on the North Point Hospitality team launching the 170-room AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District/Riverfront. The hotel is the first Savannah location in AC Hotels by Marriott’s portfolio, located steps from the Savannah River and the city’s famed historic district. T&H provided preliminary and final engineering design as well as stormwater reporting, bidding assistance, and permitting on the landmark project. Congratulations to all on the project team on the momentous groundbreaking!
