11 Aug T&H Project In The News: St. Joseph’s Candler at Heartwood in Richmond Hill
St. Joseph’s Candler will expand their southeast Georgia footprint into Richmond Hill’s Heartwood Community in south Bryan County. Five buildings are planned for the 27-acre campus, envisioned to grow over time alongside the population of Heartwood. The first building, expected to be complete in Q1 of 2024, will house primary and urgent care, specialist offices, and classroom space for education and wellness courses. Heartwood is Raydient’s 7,000-acre mixed-use development planned for Belfast Keller Road and I-95.
T&H was proud to attend the official announcement this past week, led by St. Joseph’s Candler President and CEO Paul Hinchey. We are providing due diligence and rezoning assistance for the initial phases of the campus.
