Camp Hall Campus 4, Berkeley County, SC – Ground broke last week on the 1.1-million-square-foot second phase of  Camp Hall Commerce Park Campus 4. The industrial logistics facility designed with the needs of core markets serving the US supply chain in mind. T&H provided conceptual planning, due diligence, design, permitting, and construction services on the project.

​Bryan County Megasite, Bryan County, GA – Shovels will hit the dirt next week for Hyundai Motor Group’s first dedicated full EV and battery manufacturing facility at the Bryan County Megasite. We look forward to celebrating the groundbreaking of the most significant economic development project in the state of Georgia’s history.

MerchSource, Effingham County, GA – ​From iconic toys to life-changing electronics, national retailer MerchSource officially opened their 18,000-square-foot facility in Effingham County last week. T&H proudly served on the Panattoni Development Company team for the project located in the Savannah Portside International Park.

Hunger Hub, Charlotte, NC – Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays began constructing their new Hunger Hub warehouse and distribution center in Charlotte. Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays provides groceries, meals, and hope through a network of food pantries and as the primary Meals on Wheels program for Mecklenburg County.

77 Commerce, Rock Hill, SC – ​​Strategic Capital Partners continues to expand its industrial footprint in Rock Hill, SC, by developing the 77 Commerce industrial park. T&H serves as a civil engineer on the Strategic Capital Partners team for the nearly 300-acre site.

Kiawah River Wins Builder’s Choice Design Grand Award, Charleston, SC – ​​Stewardship is a lifestyle at Kiawah River on Johns Island. Just 15 miles outside Charleston’s bustling city center, Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre master-planned oasis where conservation of the Lowcountry heritage and resort-style community living are synonymous. The Beach Company received a Grand Award in “Urban and Community Planning” during the 2022 Builder’s Choice Design Awards by Builder Magazine. T&H has served as lead engineer for The Beach Company since Kiawah River’s beginnings.

DC Blox, Myrtle Beach, SCA groundbreaking took place in Myrtle Beach earlier this month for the DC BLOX data center! The project will provide underserved communities in Georgia and South Carolina access to high-speed internet and the cloud. The project is located at the International Technology & Aerospace Park (ITAP) and will be South Carolina’s first subsea Cable Landing Station (CLS).
