Port Wentworth Recreation Complex, Port Wentworth, GA, Access to recreational opportunities and greenspace are indicators of quality of life for people of all ages and backgrounds. It significantly impacts our physical, social, and mental well-being. Thomas & Hutton is overjoyed to work with the City of Port Wentworth on such a pursuit, bringing expanded recreation opportunities to its northside residents.The City plans to break ground next month on its much-anticipated recreation complex. The nearly 150-acre property will provide residents access to amenities such as multipurpose ball fields, basketball courts, a gym building, a splash pad, an amphitheater, a garden space, and a farmers’ market area. Delta Drive Industrial Park, Gastonia, NC, With its sights on crossing the finish line in Q2, Trinity Capital Advisors’ Delta Drive Industrial Park is set to fit the needs of manufacturers, e-commerce, and third-party logistics looking to grow in Gastonia, NC. The 878,104-square-foot industrial building is located at 1502 Delta Drive, near Exit 14 on I-85. It includes 40-foot clear heights, 180 dock doors, and four drive-in doors. 1505 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN, 1505 Dickerson Pike is a creative, multi-family development located in Nashville’s Dickerson Pike. The 265-unit, 5-story mixed-use project will transition from an appropriate height alongside the fast-growing transit corridor down to the neighborhood scale on the opposite side of the development .T&H provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Key Real Estate alongside Humphreys & Partners Architects for this project. Ecoplastics, Bulloch County, GA, Ecoplastics Corporation, a manufacturer of plastic automotive interior and exterior parts, joins the growing ecosystem of Tier-1 suppliers to support Hyundai Motor Group and Kia as auto manufacturing investment flourishes in Georgia. Ecoplastics will locate in Bulloch County outside of Statesboro, creating 456 new jobs and investing approximately $205 million in a new manufacturing facility in Bulloch County.

The manufacturing facility is Thomas & Hutton’s first Tier-1 supplier project in Bulloch County. We are thrilled to be working with Ecoplastics on this effort. Tucker Path, Tucker, GA Thomas & Hutton is working with the City of Tucker to carry out their vision for a connected, expansive network of trails to run through the City. This week, the City Council unanimously approved our civil engineering and survey services for a 10-foot wide multiuse portion of the Tucker Path along Hugh Howell Road from Hugh Howell Marketplace to Stratmor Drive. This vital link connects the Tucker Path to Smoke Rise Elementary and the surrounding neighborhood. Read more in Decaturish.com
