Upstate Trade Center, Greenville, SC, Just over one year ago, we announced the groundbreaking of the Upstate Trade Center in Greenville. This week we celebrate Frampton Construction’s successful delivery of the two-building, 907,400-square-foot speculative industrial development! T&H provided survey, planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services on the project. The pair of Class-A industrial buildings are within four miles of I-85, providing potential tenants with efficient access to the Southeast’s major population centers. Pomega, Colleton County, SC, Manufacturer and integrator of lithium-ion batteries and battery energy storage systems (BESS), Pomega Energy Storage Technologies, is setting up shop in Colleton County! BESS are essential components for utility and energy companies, capturing energy from different sources, collecting it, and storing it in rechargeable batteries for later use. The Turkish-based company will locate on a 90-acre site along I-95 at the Colleton Industrial Campus. The project is historic for Colleton County, representing $279 million in investment and nearly 600 jobs. T&H was proud to be present at the groundbreaking to celebrate this momentous occasion for our clients Kontrolmatik and Pomega on their first project in South Carolina! Portman Industrial, Berkeley County, SC, Daybreak at the Portman Industrial Site! The 1-million-square-foot industrial logistics facility located in Campus Phase 2b of Camp Hall Campus 4 in Berkeley County celebrated a significant milestone last week, the tilt-up of its first vertical wall. T&H is providing due diligence and conceptual planning for Portman Holdings on the project.
