Carolina Forest Mixed-Use, Myrtle Beach, SC, The Carolina Forest area of unincorporated Myrtle Beach is one of the fastest-growing communities in the Grand Strand. The Horry County Planning Commission is considering rezoning a 129.6-acre mixed-use property to accommodate additional growth. The proposed development would feature 1,154 new townhomes and single-family housing units, including office and retail space.

Seohan, Liberty County, GA, ​Seohan is a South Korea-based, Tier-1 automotive parts supplier for Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, launching operations in Liberty County. Seohan develops axels and brake systems for electric vehicles. Thomas & Hutton is honored to be a part of this project, working with both Liberty County Development Authority on site selection and Seohan on developing their first facility in Georgia, expected for delivery in late 2024. North Point Development, Bulloch County, SC, ​Industrial projects generated by the recent EV boom in Coastal Georgia have brought many proposed developments across the region.
