SOS Care, a non-profit direct service provider, hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of phase 3 of Oak Tree Farm, an affordable housing community for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. T&H provided professional services for the site planning, survey, civil design, and construction management for the 10-acre, 13-building development.
