One of our projects, Covington Town Center in Georgia, earned significant recognition from the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the “Best Mixed-Use Project” in 2024. This accolade came after THE FOXFIELD COMPANY identified a need for comprehensive development in the area back in 2017, aiming to integrate residential, hotel, and retail spaces.
The project officially broke ground in 2020 and is at 80% completion. It features a 350-unit apartment complex, masterfully completed by Landmark Properties (based in Athens, GA) and ACRE, a global real estate private equity firm. Additionally, Quinn Residences, a company from Atlanta that specializes in build-to-rent projects, contributed a 270-unit rental townhouse development to the town center. Other projects completed or are still underway in the Town Center include Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Staybridge Suites, Amici Pizza and Brewery, and more.
