As summer comes to a close and schools begins, our Columbia interns AJ Jones and Jonathon Hughes presented their Capstone Project and shared their experience at T&H, along with what they learned, and their future plans.
Big shout out to Katie Johnson EIT who prepared the Columbia Office’s Civil Department Summer Internship Program, providing guidance for our interns on expectations, learning goals (including our internal training program – Up & Ready and site visits), and T&H’s diverse services and markets. The program included a Capstone Project that was based on an actual spec building (Project Wolf).
Both students returned to USC and we wish them all the best!
