Congratulations to our newest Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Georgia and North Carolina, William Hymes, PE!
A T&H Charleston Project Engineer, William graduated with his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Citadel in 2017 and received his PE license in the state of South Carolina. He has several years of experience in planning, analyzing, designing, permitting, managing, constructing, operating, and maintaining water resources-related projects.
