A transformative new chapter is unfolding in downtown Columbia!
The proposed Oliv Columbia development will reshape the block bounded by Main, Hampton, Assembly, and Washington Streets with a bold, mixed-use vision for the city’s core.
The project includes:
26-story market-rate housing
22-story student housing
15-story parking garage
Together, these components comprise approximately 725 units and street-level retail space along Main Street, bringing new vitality and amenities to the heart of downtown.
T&H is proud to partner with CORE Spaces, dwell design studio, llc, and City of Columbia SC staff to deliver preliminary civil engineering site plans for initial boards and planning commissions, as well as full civil engineering services, landscape architecture, permitting, and surveying for this milestone project.
