Katie Reed Named to PENCIL’s Emerging Leaders Board 2025-2027

With three years of experience in site development, Katie is a registered Engineer-in-Training in Tennessee and brings expertise in the design, permitting, and construction coordination of residential subdivision and urban mixed-use projects in Middle Tennessee.

PENCIL is a Nashville-based nonprofit that builds partnerships between community organizations and Metro Nashville Public Schools to ensure every student has equitable access to education and career opportunities. Katie’s commitment to the community and her leadership in our industry make her an outstanding addition to the Board, helping bridge the gap between classrooms and the business community.
