“It is a privilege to work in a profession where we can make a tangible impact on improving our communities. I enjoy the collaboration process with my colleagues and team members while projects are in the planning and design phase. It makes me exceptionally proud at the end of a project to see completed roads, sites, and buildings that create spaces for jobs and opportunity.”
