“Building relationships, helping people, and using creativity and common sense to solve problems are some of the most fulfilling aspects of life for me. The great thing is that I get to do them everyday as part of my job! Structural engineering can be so much more than designing a structure that can support loads. We build relationships which means we fully understand our clients’ needs, wants, goals, and constraints. We take that knowledge, combine it with our experience and ideas, and create solutions.”
