“I have always enjoyed the satisfaction of driving by an undeveloped tract or a planned development and knowing what others aren’t aware of at the moment with regard to what will be happening to that property in the near future. Prior to development, it’s fun to be able to visualize the plans and understand what will be taking place in transforming that property into something that will be impactful to the lives of others. Once the projects we work on become reality, there is an immense feeling of pride seeing the impact we have on our communities, and all facets of our lives, by designing neighborhoods we live in, places of employment to go to work, ballfields for our kids to play on, and schools for them to learn in.”
