Thomas & Hutton was contracted by our client to provide master planning services for the amenity area of the Coosaw residential development, as well as structural design services for the amenity pavilion. The pavilion is primarily an open-air venue space framed with exposed heavy timber trusses. The open space is bordered on one side by enclosed restrooms and on the opposite side by an enclosed pool equipment room and an electrical room. The pavilion serves as a focal point of the development and is the main entrance into the pool area.
