Once a property has been targeted or put under contract, our civil engineers begin research of the property. Investigations include finding the best available survey, environmental, wetland, and archaeological data. Services include conducting code research to determine by-right uses or rezoning opportunities; locating available sewer, water, and dry utility availability; assessing road infrastructure status and potential improvements; determining required impact fees; and searching for obstacles to development of the land.
