The SEDA office building is a 4-story, 40-0000-square foot “Class A” office building, located on approximately 4.5 acres of a 65-acre tract of land, of which 19 are wetlands.  Thomas &  Hutton provided engineering design services for the office building, as well as the Hutchinson Island road improvements. We provided master planning through contract documents.  This included detailed hardscape and landscape designs to enhance the outdoor spaces, as well as create a pedestrian-friendly environment.
