Thomas & Hutton provided engineering and surveying services for the West Ashley Cancer Center located on the Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital Campus. Throughout the project, Thomas & Hutton’s services included the Planning Phase, Design Phase, Permit Phase, Traffic Study Phase, Variance Phase, Water & Sewer Closeout Phase, and monitoring during the Construction Phase. In addition to a new water and wastewater system design, Thomas & Hutton also designed a new pump station for the site. The facility is a 75,000-square foot, 3-story building that will serve as a medical treatment center for cancer patients.   The site is approximately 5.5 acres and will have 260 parking spaces.
