Thomas & Hutton provided consulting services, including surveying, detailed landscape and hardscape design, civil engineering, permitting, and construction services for a new approximately 350-linear foot timeless streetscape in Savannah’s Historic District.  The design team recognized the immediate and future needs of the Independent Presbyterian Church’s desire to create a downtown streetscape campus environment with the pedestrian as the primary end-user of the space. With integration of timeless and historic hardscape materials, this streetscape sets a new benchmark in which all of Savannah streetscape renovations should aspire. Thomas & Hutton was involved through the entitlement process, conceptual design, permitting, and final design.
