Thomas & Hutton provided engineering design services for Sea Island. Founded in 1928, Sea Island had been in the hands of one family for over 75 years. Located halfway between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL,  it is a private, 5-mile long coastal Georgia resort island bordering the Atlantic Ocean and divided from St. Simons Island by wide salt marshes. Sea Island has played host to the Walker Cup and the USB Warburg Cup.  

Thomas & Hutton was a part of Sea Island’s history for over 45 years and  had the privilege of performing complete civil engineering services for the many world-class, pristine residential subdivisions and golf courses of Sea Island, GA.
