T&H project, Shem Creek Phase 3 is foretasted to open as early as one month ahead of schedule. The project includes a pedestrian bridge at will connect the sidewalk on Coleman Blvd., over Shem Creek, to the boardwalk on the opposite side as well as an ADA accessible ramp down to restaurants along the creek. The pedestrian bridge will provide safe and equitable access to the creek and across Coleman Blvd. for pedestrians who frequent the area.
